I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Monmouth University and went on to complete a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), specializing in working with children and adolescents. During my Master’s program, I gained hands-on experience through an internship at Integrated Care Concepts and Consultation. Before pursuing my career in therapy, I spent several years in business management and was actively involved with non-profit organizations focused on supporting children and families.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals, families, and couples. I take a systemic approach to counseling, recognizing how family dynamics, environmental factors, and other influences shape our beliefs and values. I am committed to tailoring counseling techniques and theories to meet each client’s unique needs while maintaining a sense of curiosity throughout the process. As an advocate for holistic health care, I value incorporating mindfulness into both therapy and daily life. I believe that clients inherently possess the answers within themselves and may just need guidance, skills, and tools to uncover them. My goal is to empower clients by building on their strengths to promote growth and well-being.
